We are a world-class distributor of food ingredients seeking an experienced Product Manager to be at the center of our operation, managing products, sales team, and the operation, contributing to the further growth of our business.

  • Drive projects and assist with quoting and sampling nominated products.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure allocations, export shipments, and imports are done on time and correctly, considering aged inventory as a priority.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial and Quality teams in developing new products, with ingredients identified as complementary to our portfolio.
  • Liaise with Quality on customer requests and non-conformance management.
  • Work with the Marketing team to research products, regions, or brands.

The successful candidate will have experience with food ingredients distribution, ideally with exposure to proteins, acidulants, and/or hydrocolloids. Must be willing to travel for work trips. This is a hybrid position, and although the role is based in London, candidates anywhere in the UK will be considered for remote working.
