Job Title: Ventilation Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Ventilation Sales Manager to join our team at fish4.co - Jobboard. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients in the Yorkshire and Midlands regions.

About the Role:

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts in the Educational, Healthcare, Retail, Facilities Management, and High Security sectors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver competitive quotes and tenders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Upsell Ventilation, Fire Damper testing, kitchen extract cleaning, and remedial services to clients.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Source business leads and opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct site visits, ensuring work is carried out in line with BS9999 and TR19 guidelines.
  • Work closely with site staff, providing training and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a specialist Air Hygiene and Fire Damper company, with a strong background in sales management.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong people management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of BS9999 and TR19 guidelines, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way.
