Job Summary:
The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Onboarding Team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, from initial hire to completion of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the production and issuance of letters related to employee lifecycle changes, such as family leave, promotions, and changes to terms and conditions.
- Manage the leaver process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records for all employees.
- Assist with the administration of ad hoc people projects, providing support to the wider team as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all calls into the team, reallocating and/or actioning accordingly.
- Monitor, respond to, and escalate all queries and enquiries received by the wider people team.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of data.
- Ability to prioritize work tasks effectively based on urgency and importance.
- Strong administration and organization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide consistent and professional support.
- Enthusiasm and proactiveness to continually evolve and develop to deliver a "best in class" service.
- Digital-first mindset and ability to think creatively.
- Experience working within an HR department, providing first-line HR advice and support is desirable.
- Experience working as part of a team and independently.
Flexible Working:
The Charalle Group offers flexible working arrangements, allowing employees to work from home for most of the time, with occasional visits to the office.
