Job Summary:

The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Onboarding Team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, from initial hire to completion of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the production and issuance of letters related to employee lifecycle changes, such as family leave, promotions, and changes to terms and conditions.
  • Manage the leaver process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records for all employees.
  • Assist with the administration of ad hoc people projects, providing support to the wider team as needed.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all calls into the team, reallocating and/or actioning accordingly.
  • Monitor, respond to, and escalate all queries and enquiries received by the wider people team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of data.
  • Ability to prioritize work tasks effectively based on urgency and importance.
  • Strong administration and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide consistent and professional support.
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness to continually evolve and develop to deliver a "best in class" service.
  • Digital-first mindset and ability to think creatively.
  • Experience working within an HR department, providing first-line HR advice and support is desirable.
  • Experience working as part of a team and independently.

Flexible Working:

The Charalle Group offers flexible working arrangements, allowing employees to work from home for most of the time, with occasional visits to the office.
