HR Business Partner Opportunity

Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering with a well-known organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner.

This is an initial 9-month fixed-term contract, supporting the business with operational HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong working relationships with Heads of Departments and Line Managers
  • Provide trusted advice to Heads of Department to drive improved performance
  • Offer counsel and pragmatic advice on people-related matters
  • Advise on employee relations, performance management, and structure and succession planning
  • Support the HR Manager and wider HR, L&D, and Recruitment team to deliver key projects within the HR plan and People strategy
  • Support change initiatives from an HR perspective
  • Monitor and work with L&D to improve compliance with statutory training in departments

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified
  • Relevant HR experience gained in large complex organisations with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of current thinking in Human Resources issues and trends, with evidence of Continuing Professional Development
  • Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model organisation, working with Senior Leadership Teams to create positive business outcomes
