Lead User Researcher

Elixirr International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading research activities, working closely with designers, engineers, data scientists, and product managers to uncover insights that drive design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement research methods, including interviews, surveys, and observations, to gather insights and inform product development.
  • Collaborate with designers to integrate research findings into design decisions and testing sessions.
  • Present research findings to team members and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Work across internal teams to ensure research findings are shared and inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design practices.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a user researcher.
  • Basic UX design knowledge.
  • Agency/Consultancy and in-house experience.
  • Experience with collaboration and communication tools, including Slack, Miro, Figjam, Jira, and Microsoft Office.
