User Researcher | London, Hybrid | Up to £50,000 P/A

We're seeking a talented User Researcher to join our team at Consortia, a leading User Experience and Design Consultancy. As a User Researcher, you'll play a crucial role in creating inclusive digital experiences and conducting cutting-edge user research.

About the Role

As a User Researcher, you'll conduct audits against recognised accessibility guidelines, facilitating engaging research sessions and producing high-quality deliverables. You'll generate detailed reports and presentations outlining audit findings, research insights, and actionable recommendations for improving digital accessibility and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user testing sessions and gather insights to inform design decisions
  • Evaluate online content against web accessibility requirements and guidelines (including WCAG 2.1)
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of web accessibility requirements and guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility is integrated into design and development processes
