Conduct User Research to Elevate UX

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Researcher to join our team at Bromcom Computers. As a key member of our UX research team, you will be responsible for conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, product owners, and our marketing team to inform product development, prioritizing, scoping, and planning research activities.
  • Communicate Research Findings: Effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders, including clear and concise presentations and reports tailored to different audience levels.
  • Design and Conduct Research: Utilize a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, extracting meaningful insights from data to inform product decisions.
  • Manage Research Plans: Effectively manage and prioritize research plans through ambiguous and fast-changing environments, aligning and efficiently executing critical insights.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar. 3 years of experience conducting UX research on products, managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Skills: Experience with research design utilizing various methods, product research, and proficiency in communicating user research findings with cross-functional partners.
