User Experience Researcher

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Researcher to join our dynamic team at La Fosse. As a User Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding how people interact with our products and services, identifying areas for improvement, and informing design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors
  • Develop and implement research plans to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings are integrated into product development
  • Advocate for Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research
Requirements:
  • Experience conducting user research in complex, regulated environments or with B2B audiences
  • Strong understanding of UX design research tools, such as UserZoom and Figma
  • Ability to work with customer data and UX metrics to evaluate design effectiveness
  • Experience exploring accessibility needs and customer vulnerabilities through research
