About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Search Engine Optimization Manager to join our team at Fixed-Fee Placements. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and increase online visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute a search engine optimization plan that aligns with the company's commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Developer to ensure the website is optimized for search engines and meets the ever-changing expectations of consumers.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that supports SEO efforts and resonates with potential customers.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the company's organic search channel to ensure optimal results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in search engine optimization, preferably in a B2C and eCommerce organization.
  • Knowledge of technical optimization, content creation, link acquisition, and brand development.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, and Ahrefs.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex information concisely.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed.
