As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with diabetes, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of 2 years' experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as leadership and organisational abilities.
