About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and inspirational Head of Psychology to lead our dedicated team of educators and shape the future of Psychology education within our supportive and ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Psychology educators to drive a culture of excellence and ensure exceptional student outcomes.
  • Develop and implement a stimulating and engaging Psychology curriculum that fosters a love for the subject and prepares students for further success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a collaborative and innovative department, motivating and inspiring teachers to achieve their best.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Psychology department and the wider school vision.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A qualified and highly experienced Psychology teacher with a proven track record of success in leading a department.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build a high-performing team.
  • In-depth knowledge of Psychology curricula and assessment practices.
  • A passion for Psychology education and the ability to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
