As a Senior Leader in Psychology, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of educators, driving a culture of excellence and ensuring exceptional student outcomes. You will develop a stimulating and engaging Psychology curriculum that fosters a love for the subject and prepares students for further success.

The ideal candidate is a qualified and highly experienced Psychology teacher with a proven track record of success in leading a department. They possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and build a high-performing team, and in-depth knowledge of Psychology curricula and assessment practices. A passion for Psychology education and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
