Primary Teacher Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Primary Teacher to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher to teach a Key Stage 1 class and promote learning and development in young students.

Salary Range: £38,000 - £58,000 per annumKey Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Lesson Planning: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of KS1 pupils.
  • Classroom Environment: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel supported and valued.
  • Pupil Progress: Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Foundational Skills: Support pupils in developing foundational skills in reading, writing, and numeracy.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure holistic development for every child.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is highly desirable.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • DBS Check: An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
