Job Description

The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Learning Facilitator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that nursing students on placement within the trust receive the best possible education experience.

You will work closely with stakeholders across PAHT practice areas and partner universities/education providers to enhance the clinical learning environment and provide expansion to clinical placements on ward areas within the practice environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role in crisis situations, resolving problems across the directorate as necessary. You will also have the chance to communicate varied and complicated information in a way that is understood by all.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
