Job Overview

C&C Search is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor - Payroll and Benefits to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the payroll process, ensuring compliance with Employment Law, and providing exceptional support to stakeholders.

About the Role

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be working closely with the Head of Payroll and Benefits to ensure seamless payroll operations across the UK and Europe. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the payroll process, including updates and changes, and communicating with external providers as necessary
  • Ensuring the HRIS system is up-to-date with accurate employee information and leavers' documentation
  • Involvement in various HR projects, promoting best practice and compliance within the organization
  • Providing insightful reports on HR data and metrics, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for benefit queries, escalating issues to the Head of Payroll and Benefits when required
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Significant experience in overseeing payroll processes within an HR team, preferably in a global organization
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making and systems management
  • Experience supporting compensation and benefits is highly desirable, but not essential
