Established in the heart of Oxford, CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is a leading building services company with a strong presence in the region's pharmaceutical industry.



We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team on a brand new pharmaceutical contract in Oxford. As an HVAC Engineer with CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside our experienced maintenance team on site.



Competitive Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary of up to £47,000 per annum, in addition to various benefits, including a pension scheme, 24 days annual leave, and life cover equivalent to one times annual salary.



About the Role


  • PPM and Reactive Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing air conditioning and refrigeration systems, as well as providing electrical knowledge and extensive building services expertise.
  • Main Duties: Your key duties will include servicing and maintaining split systems, VRVs, VAVs, and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
  • Required Qualifications: You will need to possess City & Guilds Level 2 in AC (highly desirable) and F-Gas Cat 1 2079 (required), as well as be able to provide copies of your trade certificates.
  • Desirable Skills: A proven track record in commercial building maintenance, multi-skilled, good communication skills, and client-facing experience are highly desirable for this role.
