We're looking for a talented Sales Colleague to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth.

About You:

You'll have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and promotions.
  • Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Support sales targets by promoting products effectively and using upselling/cross-selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

  • A competitive salary of approximately £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Holiday entitlement starting at 20 days plus a personal day rising to 22 days after 12 months (plus Bank holidays).
