About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tactical Planning Manager to join our team at Hovis Ltd. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our bread and bakery products production and distribution plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Week Ahead plan, ensuring optimal production and distribution levels.
  • Monitor daily performance and collaborate with the Operational and Commercial teams to address any issues or deviations from the plan.
  • Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the strategic planning of key events such as Christmas, Easter, and product launches.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in our planning systems.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in Supply Chain planning in the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in IT and spreadsheet software, including SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
