Job Description

Hawksworth UK is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead a 3-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This is a key strategic program working closely with the Finance senior leadership team of a global financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of business benefits.
  • Collaborate with the Finance senior leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a governance framework for the program and its projects, ensuring effective risk management and issue resolution.
  • Provide outstanding leadership, communication, and influencing skills to drive program success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA with existing systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Significant program management experience, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs.
  • Excellent business acumen and financial awareness, with a deep understanding of financial processes and systems.
  • Previous experience with SAP S/4HANA program implementation, with a strong understanding of the system's capabilities and limitations.
  • Proven ability to work with finance end-to-end processes, including ERP systems, modules, and non-ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
