Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Specialist to join our team at Everpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, developing comprehensive recovery strategies, and providing extensive reporting.
- Cultivating strong client relationships by helping clients develop comprehensive recovery strategies in alignment with their organisational needs.
- Providing extensive reporting, ensuring that any KPIs set by the client are adhered to, making sure all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on progress.
- Following a comprehensive debt recovery process, proactively chasing recoveries and progressing claims through numerous letters of action, outlays, and legal requirements.
- Dealing with disputes presented from third parties in a professional and timely manner.
- Evaluating liability by conducting extensive file and evidence reviews.
- Referring recoveries over to clients' solicitors where necessary, being a point of contact for their legal teams and sending them claim information.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their career in claims to the next level. We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous knowledge of debt recovery and/or subrogation processes, experience working in insurance or a legal environment, negotiation skills, organisational skills, client-facing skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. They will also be proactive and analytical in their approach.
