About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Talent Acquisition - EMEA to join our dynamic People & Culture team. This key role will oversee recruitment practices across various business areas in the EMEA region, collaborating with Talent Acquisition specialists and line managers to fill current openings and develop talent pipelines for future needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for Cochlear's brand and position it as an employer of choice
  • Build an external network of prospective candidates and industry contacts through proactive sourcing and networking
  • Maintain accurate recruitment administration within the applicant tracking system
  • Contribute to raising Cochlear's social media presence and participating in global recruitment projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to pipeline talent along with an in-depth knowledge of creative sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates
  • Experience in the use of a broad range of recruitment tools and services, including web-based services, candidate search databases, and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience in training and developing recruiters and managers at different levels of development
