Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition - EMEA to join our dynamic EMEA function. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will oversee recruitment practices across various business areas in the EMEA region, collaborating with Talent Acquisition specialists and line managers to fill current openings and develop talent pipelines for future needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage end-to-end recruitment activities, working closely with EMEA business units to understand their talent requirements.
  • Develop talent pipelines to source top candidates, advocating for Cochlear's brand and positioning it as an employer of choice.
  • Build an external network of prospective candidates and industry contacts through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment administration within the applicant tracking system.
  • Contribute to raising Cochlear's social media presence and participating in global recruitment projects.
