Primary Care Nurse Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Kidderminster Medical Centre. As a specialist nurse, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care and support to patients in our community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on chronic disease management and will be able to mentor our Health Care Assistants.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert nursing care and support to patients in our community.
  • Mentoring Health Care Assistants.
  • Developing and implementing chronic disease management plans.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years recent primary and community nursing experience.
  • Clinical supervision training and experience.
  • Knowledge of health promotion strategies.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
