Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Holt Executive, partnering with a leading design and manufacturing business. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, providing field support to customers worldwide and ensuring the stable operation of hardware & software products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configuring and maintaining hardware and software products.
  • Supporting existing systems and resolving issues.
  • Repairing and evaluating customer returns.
  • Preparing risk assessments and SSOWs for installation/commissioning activities.
  • Leading FATs and other customer activities.
Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of complex systems maintenance, electronics knowledge, mechanical skills, and proficiency with electrical, mechanical, PC architecture, and software skills. A clean driving license with Class C1 and willingness to travel worldwide are also essential requirements.
