About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management of a year group by providing expert pastoral care to students, as directed by the Year Manager.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the pastoral system through monitoring and evaluating the quality of form tutoring sessions and student engagement, utilizing data analysis, learning walks, surveys, and other evaluation methods.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is £24,123 - £26,168 per annum (Scale 5, points 12-17). We offer a comprehensive package of professional development opportunities, including access to the Trinity Institute of Education. Staff benefits include local government pension scheme membership, reduced-cost health cover, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
