Job Title: Registered General Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Healthcare. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Administer nursing care to patients with a range of health conditions, including those with complex needs.
  • Work in a professional and discreet manner, adhering to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code.
  • Be competent and confident in managing patients with long-term health conditions.
  • Proactively identify, diagnose, and manage treatment plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Prioritize health problems and intervene appropriately to assist patients in complex, urgent, or emergency situations.
  • Recognize and work within your own competence level.
  • Produce accurate, contemporaneous, and complete records of patient interaction and consultation, consistent with legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Support, manage, and guide support workers on a daily basis.
  • Continually develop your skills and knowledge to enhance patient care and your role.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid NMC Pin.
  • Ability to work on shift/rota patterns.
  • Right to work in the UK.
