Job Title: Administrator
Overview:CV-Library is seeking an experienced and organized Administrator to manage correspondence, maintain office inventory, organize site itineraries, and keep the CRM system up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:- Correspondence Management: Ensure timely and efficient management of organizational correspondence, including phone calls, post, and digital communications.
- Office Inventory Oversight: Maintain an adequate supply of consumables, such as stationery and printer ink.
- Itinerary Organization: Organize site itineraries, travel arrangements, and corporate events.
- CRM System Maintenance: Keep the customer relationship management system up-to-date with accurate and timely data input.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
- Software Experience: Experienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
Estimated Salary: $45 per hour (Temp to Perm position)
This is a full-time opportunity, working in an office-based environment, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
