We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Club Operations Manager to join our team at David Lloyd Leisure. As a key member of our club management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our club reception and cleaning teams, delivering exceptional service to our members and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the efficient operation of the club reception and cleaning teams, ensuring a safe and clean environment for members.
  • Act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the club's day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Lead the Reception, Cleaning, and Spa host teams to deliver 5-star standards of facilities and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance member experience.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and customer-focused manager with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience in managing a team in a service-led facility, such as a restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility.
  • Experience of duty management responsibilities and financial planning and management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and late shifts.
