Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the training and empowerment of your team to ensure they bring their A-game to work each and every day in order to deliver an exceptional experience to our members.
  • Manage events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and evening activities in a safe and premium environment.
  • Work closely with the Club Room Manager to ensure a seamless experience across the whole club.
  • Deliver high-quality food and exceptional service to our members in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.

  • A self-motivated supervisor who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to our members.
  • Happy to work with the Club Room Manager to ensure a safe and premium experience across the whole club.
