About the Role
- Lead the Reception, Cleaning and Spa host teams to deliver 5-star standards of facilities and a safe, clean environment.
- Act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation of the club and ensuring the safety of members and team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth and achieve operational excellence.
- Manage financial planning and budgeting for the club, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
