Sales Performance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to join our Packaging Team at Antalis as an Internal Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Exceed sales targets and contribute to year-over-year revenue growth, negotiating win-win deals that secure favourable pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver innovative solutions that add value to our customers' businesses, leveraging technology to drive customer demand and online sales.
- Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate with our Sales Advisor Team and Support functions to develop personalised strategies for each customer, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including competitive bonus, opportunities for professional growth and development, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and other attractive perks.
