Therapy Team Professional with Autism Focus

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our Therapy team at Oliver House School, working with young people with autism and severe learning disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience working with young people, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to convey sensitive information effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and monitor progress of our young people
- Provide sensory recommendations and conduct direct therapeutic work to train staff
- Work closely with colleagues to improve outcomes for our young people
