Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as an Assessment Specialist. In this role, you will use your clinical expertise to evaluate how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.

About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong clinical skills and a passion for helping others. You will work on complex cases involving physical and mental health conditions and chronic pain disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to understand the impact of a person's disability or health condition on their daily life.
  • Produce reports to support the DWP in determining a person's eligibility for benefits.
  • Develop your clinical knowledge and assessment skills through regular feedback and supervision.
  • Be proficient in using computer software to type and produce reports.

  • A salary of £37,800 with the opportunity to earn an additional £1,500 skills allowance.
