About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned UX Design Director to lead our content design team at School of UX. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving the development of our content design strategy and ensuring it aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of content designers and conversation designers in creating and delivering high-quality content for our female health audience.
  • Develop and implement a content design strategy that drives engagement and meets business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content design is integrated into product development and meets user needs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform content design decisions and measure the impact of content on user behavior.
  • Present design solutions and recommendations to stakeholders and advocate for content design's role in product development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading content design teams and developing content design strategies.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design solutions effectively.
  • Experience with content design tools and technologies, such as content management systems and design systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure the impact of content on user behavior.
