We are a team of specialists in UX, UI Design, Motion, Technology & Engineering, Content and Comms, Project Management, Data Analysis, Strategy, and Ops.

The Role

We are looking for a UX Director to lead high-profile projects and set direction for others to follow. The ideal candidate will be a practitioner of strategic thinking, a highly experienced designer and researcher, and have excellent client service skills. They will be proactive at collaborating with others and responsible for driving outcomes and delivering high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire others - clients and colleagues alike
  • Develop and implement UX strategy
  • Design and deliver prototypes, wireframes, and user journeys
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Work closely with cross-discipline teams to deliver projects
  • Mentor and lead junior team members
  • Contribute to and present in pitches
Requirements
  • Experience leading projects and teams
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and design thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools
  • Experience working with clients and stakeholders
