Job Title: UX Lead

We're seeking a seasoned UX Lead to join our team at Digitas Health. As a key member of our design practice, you'll be responsible for leading the development of user-centered design solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX design efforts across multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and coherence across our portfolio.
  • Conduct user research, workshops, and testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
  • Partner with product and technical teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive design innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UX Lead or Director, with a strong portfolio of user-centered design solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools, such as Figma or Adobe XD, and experience with design systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, design thinking, and user experience methodologies.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
