Job Role

As an Accommodation Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 16-25 living in semi-independent accommodation. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the young people's safety, independence, and overall wellbeing in their living environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting young people aged 16-25 in semi-independent accommodation
  • Ensuring the young people's safety, independence, and overall wellbeing in their living environment
  • Recording communication with clients on our internal database within the guidance of our policies/procedures and necessary Ofsted requirements

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, enhanced annual leave entitlement (27 days + bank holidays), and access to our National Wellbeing Lead and Regional Wellbeing Champions.
