Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to join our team as an In-Home Care Provider. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their daily routines, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Assistance: Aid clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining personal hygiene.
  • Medication Guidance: Ensure clients adhere to their medication schedules as outlined in their care plans.
  • Support with Daily Activities: Assist clients with meal preparation, light household chores, and mobility support.
  • Emotional Companionship: Provide social engagement and emotional support to enrich the lives of clients.
  • Care Documentation: Accurately record patient care details and update care notes in our tracking system.
  • Transportation Aid: Support clients in reaching appointments or running errands when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in home care or a supportive capacity is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be available.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills are necessary.
  • License Requirements: A valid UK driver's license along with access to reliable transportation is mandatory.
  • Empathetic Nature: A caring, patient, and understanding personality with a sincere willingness to assist others.

Compensation: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
