Accounts and Office Administrator Opportunity

We are pleased to be supporting a manufacturing SME in recruiting a Part-Time Accounts and Office Administrator to cover maternity leave. This role is ideal for someone with good accounts/bookkeeping experience, used to working on Sage 50 in small or SME businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Basic accounts administration - purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control
  • Making supplier payments
  • Prepayment & Accrual Spreadsheet maintenance
  • Managing the banking and cash flow spreadsheets
  • HR - Keeping track of Holidays / sickness records
  • Logging of Production clockcards weekly
  • Other general administration tasks as required
