Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to our investment management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Account Opening Administration: Assist with account opening administration duties, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • AML Compliance: Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, verifying and checking onboarding documents to prevent financial crime.
  • Portfolio Transfers: Administer portfolio transfers in line with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Onboarding and Verification: Verify and check onboarding documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Transfer of Holdings: Process transfer of holdings, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Account Closures: Administer account closures, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to prevent any potential issues.
  • Transfer In and Out Processing: Process transfers in and out, ensuring accurate and timely execution.

This is a varied and busy role, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to manage and plan a busy workload, ensuring deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in a financial services setting, preferably in investment management, and be comfortable liaising with clients via telephone and written communication.
