Admin Associate Opportunity in Financial Services

We are partnering with an award-winning financial and technology business in Bristol to recruit an Admin Associate to join their Operations Team on a full-time permanent basis.

About the Role

As an Admin Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Team, ensuring the smooth processing of transfers, cash, and in-specie transactions. You will work closely with the team to manage client accounts, process applications, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day administration, including data entry, client details management, and fund setup
  • Processing of applications, post-in/out, and mailbox management
  • Monitoring payment receipts, processing withdrawals, and payment processing
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient transfer processing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months admin experience in an office setting
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Competency in MS Office and ability to work well in a team
