We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Administrator to join our team at Just Recruitment Solutions Limited.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide professional support to our corporate reporting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial information is produced. This role involves working closely with the accounting function to improve the quality and timeliness of information produced.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the accounting function in maintaining satisfactory controls in all business processes.
- Provide positive support to ensure all accounting and reporting deadlines are adhered to.
- Assist in the production of timely and accurate financial information in accordance with stated policies and procedures.
- Offer general administration support to the Head Office.
- Develop a deep understanding of motor industry and dealership accounting to progress within the accounting function.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure Group Accounting Policies and business procedures are adhered to, highlighting areas of concern to senior management.
- Assist in the implementation and development of systems and controls for effective business management.
- Prepare management accounts and financial information for dealerships, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with Group Policies and procedures.
- Process data for purchase ledger, sales ledger, and cashiering, including registering, verifying invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and raising supplier BACS payments.
- Perform ad-hoc project work as requested.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a confidential manner. You should also have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
