Software Growth Specialist

We’re seeking a Software Growth Specialist to drive the expansion of our software solutions in the UK market.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential partners.
Working closely with our wider sales, marketing, and analytics teams, you will take a data-driven approach to prospecting, pipeline management, and sales growth.
Your primary objectives will include:
- Seeking out new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and educating potential partners
- Delivering virtual demos of Treatwell software to prospective partners
- Consulting on various Treatwell packages to meet the needs of our partners
- Onboarding new partners with the support of our Training team
- Project managing the implementation of Treatwell software in our partners' first two months
- Meeting monthly sales and activity targets
- Recording all sales activity in our CRM
About you:
- Previous sales experience is a plus, and you thrive in high-volume sales environments
- You’re ambitious, have a winning mentality, and always strive for excellence
- You’re a fast learner, enjoy challenging the status quo, and are eager to develop yourself
- You’re proactive, take ownership of your performance, and regularly reflect on your progress
