Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Nurse Leader
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Leader to join our team in a care home setting. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Oversee the administration of medications and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Provide guidance and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Current active NMC Pin
- Qualification in nursing or a related field
- Experience in a care home setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
