Leonard Cheshire is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and managing our team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and support to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. You will work closely with our Service Manager and Operations Manager to ensure that our team is well-led and motivated, and that we are delivering excellent customer outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A recognised professional development and registration (as appropriate to the needs of the respective service).
  • A SVQ Level 3 qualification in health and social care or currently working towards this.
  • Prior experience of working in a relevant care setting.
  • Prior experience of working with people with disabilities.

You will also need to have:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate others.
  • Able to complete and maintain accurate records, maintaining confidentiality.

We offer a competitive salary of **£32,000 - £36,000 per annum**, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
