About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous housekeeping experience to take on a leadership role and drive success in a fast-paced environment. As Residential Services Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential services team, managing teams and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the residential services team, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Analyze guest feedback and data to inform resource allocation and improve services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hotel teams, suppliers, and management to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Deliver financial targets and manage expenditure effectively.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
