About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd as a Retail Management Supervisor. You will be based in one of our Edinburgh stores, working closely with the store manager and other colleagues to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Collaborating with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in retail management, preferably in a convenience store or supermarket environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
