Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Reviewer to join our team at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. As a Clinical Reviewer, you will be responsible for conducting PASSR Level II Evaluations and ensuring that individuals with mental illness receive the necessary support and resources.

Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct face-to-face evaluations and review medical records to complete PASSR Level II Evaluations.
• Communicate evaluation findings to applicants, residents, and/or guardians in an understandable manner and language.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other programs/organizations involved in service provision.
• Ensure compliance with program guidelines and regulations, including HIPAA requirements.

Essential Qualifications:
• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related field, or equivalent OR a registered nurse (RN).
• 5 years of work experience providing direct service or case management to adults with psychiatric disabilities, including 1 year of experience in a medical or clinical setting with knowledge of medical terminology. (If a Registered Nurse, must have a minimum of 9 years of collective relevant education and work experience as outlined above).
• Ability to travel statewide and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, based on experience.
