**Colposcopy Service Manager**

Broomfield Hospital seeks a highly skilled Nurse Lead to manage its colposcopy service, providing expert care for patients undergoing colposcopy procedures.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the advancement of our cervical screening services.

As a Lead Nurse Colposcopist, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational management of the colposcopy service, ensuring it meets national standards while fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to colposcopy services.
  • To provide specialist nursing advice and support to patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals following diagnosis, and through treatment.
  • To ensure continuity of high-quality care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
  • To promote professional growth and development within the team, aligning with national standards and guidelines.

Salary:** £53,950 - £67,079 per annum (inclusive of London weighting).
