About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Painter & Decorator to join our team at HC-One Ltd. Based in Wigan, this full-time position requires you to present care homes to the highest standards by undertaking painting and decorating duties.

You will maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment for Residents and Colleagues, ensuring the implementation of our Care Home's Health and Safety policy and Emergency procedures.

This role covers multiple care homes, requiring a valid driving license. A shared company vehicle will be provided.

As a successful candidate, you will possess effective engagement and communication skills to work with Residents, the Home Manager, and other colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake general painting and decorating tasks as required in all parts of the Care Home.
  • Maintain and promote safe working practices, ensuring equipment is clean and well-maintained.
